Introducing Ngudu-wirlang Consultancy, Cairns' "strategic success navigator" owned and operated by Angelika Williams. With 26 years of experience in the disability and mental health sectors, Angelika has developed a deep understanding of her capabilities and what it takes to successfully work with and champion for the rights of people with disability and mental illness.

 

Through a combination of years of professional development, on-the-job experience, higher learning, and more, Angelika has built on her capacity and continues to make a difference in the lives of others with authenticity, dignity and respect.

Angelika is characterized by her personal drive for excellence, a high degree of self confidence, an efficient and systematic nature, and her tendancy to be responsible, self-accountable and disciplined.

 

Angelika is highly proficient in leading people to achieve shared goals, and is able to strike a healthy balance between determination and humilty.  A high performer, Angelika is 'right at home' engaging people 1:1, with particular focus on listening rather than talking, and is highly capable of tapping into what motivates others and inspiring a sense of purpose.

Her coaching talents are helping others to learn and grow, she remains composed and optimistic even through difficult situations, is a facilitator of growth and innovation and knows how to balance compassion and sensible approaches, Angelika has a strong focus on safeguarding vulnerable people and highly skilled in identifying and managing risk.
